1. Where it began
   A few desks in a co-working space
   We started out in a shared co-working space, where every decision was a bet we couldn't afford to lose. That's where we learned to think before we spend.
2. How we decide
   Narratives, not slide decks
   We retired PowerPoint. Ideas are now written out in full, read in silence, then debated in the room.
3. The shake-out
   Still standing when others weren't
   Privacy changes and rising ad costs pushed many brands in our space out. We came through by getting measurably better, month after month.
4. Today
   A home built for the long run
   Our own office in Petaling Jaya and a team focused on mastering its craft.
